FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I join Stay Inspired Fitness?    

Joining is easy! Just go to Member Information to sign up and follow the steps listed.

Don’t forget you must join our Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/StayInspiredFitness to have access to classes!

2. Can I pay for more than one month at a time? How do I pay?    

You can choose to pay for 1 or 3 months at a time using the Memberships subscription through this site. You will automatically be charged on the first of the month unless you cancel your Membership.

If you prefer to pay by check or Zelle, you can also choose to pay for 1 or 3 months at a time.

3. Do I qualify for a discount?    

We are pleased to offer a special 20% discount for first responders, active military personnel, and full-time teachers. If you qualify for the SIF discount, use the discount code “ESSENTIAL” upon checkout and send us an email letting us know where you work. Send your email to stayinspiredfitness20@gmail.com.

4. I’m interested in the classes, but I’m not sure if I’m ready to join. Can I take a class to try it out first? 

 Inquire about a 2-day Class Pass by sending an email to stayinspiredfitness20@gmail.com. You will need to fill out the necessary paperwork in our Member Information, and then you will be given a 2-day Class Pass to check out the group and try some classes.

5. If I want to join and it’s close to the end of the month, do I need to pay for the full month?

If it’s after the 20th of the month, please send an email to stayinspiredfitness20@gmail.com and we will work out a prorated membership fee for the month. You will still have access to all the remaining Live classes as well as all the videos On Demand in our “UNITS.”

6. How/where do I find the classes?

You can view the classes Live on our Facebook page at their scheduled time, OR you can click on the UNITS tab on our Facebook page to search for any class we’ve posted in the last 4 weeks. All classes are categorized alphabetically by their titles/formats. Just scroll through and find the class you’re looking for.

7. How long will the videos stay on the page?

We will keep 4 weeks of classes available in each of our UNITS for On Demand viewing.

8. What's the best way to tell a friend about the group?

Word of mouth is the best! Please send friends to this website. They can also email stayinspiredfitness20@gmail.com to ask about a 2-day Class Pass and take advantage of our free trial.

9. Is there a cancellation fee? Do I need to give notice to cancel my membership?

Membership subscriptions run on a calendar month, and they automatically renew on the 1st of each month. To cancel your subscription, just e-mail us.  There is no fee. You will have access to the group until the end of the month.

10. Why aren’t the Cycle classes on Facebook live?

Facebook Live was cutting out the video due to the music being used. To give members the best possible experience, we now video them live on Marco Polo with no interruptions. 

11. How do I sign up for Marco Polo?

Click here. The app is free.

12. What is the Login tab for? Do I need to create an account?

You do not need to create an account. We added this in case we decide to add anything on the website that would be for members only. If and when that happens, you will be given a password so you can access the information.
